Refunds

At this time Noir7 does not grant refunds after orders are filled.

However, Noir7, is committed to providing quality products for you to enjoy. In the event you are not satisfied with your order, we would greatly appreciate the feedback and the opportunity to make it right. Please contact Alexis at givemenoir7@gmail.com
Noir7 accepts orders 24/7 and we ship Monday-Saturday, excluding Holidays
Noir7 is a one woman show. Orders are processed in the order they are received. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to process. Shipping is 1-3 business days. 
Processing
Orders are usually process within 1-3 days from the time the order is placed. This order ship date does not count as day in transit. Also, a common misconception choosing USPS Priority shipping does not mean your order will be shipped in 2 business days. USPS transit times are not a reflection of our processing time.
Shipping Rates/Transit
USPS shipping rates are calculated based on address and weight of the order, your package will be sent via First Class Package, Priority Mail, or UPS Ground. Circumstances like holidays, COVID-19 may delay transit which is out of our control.
*At this time we offer $5 flat rate shipping for all orders under $200. Orders are sent thru UPS or USPS*

 

Damaged Packages

We are currently packaging our packages in bubble wrap and packing peanuts, but things happen. Since our packages are sent via USPS Priority Mail they are insured. While we are not responsible for USPS handling packages we plan on doing what we can to remedy the issue and replace the item by filing a claim to USPS. Please help us with photos to info@givemenoir7.com or givemenoir7@gmail.com. We want to insure a great experience so we will try our best work with you.

**Things do happen in transit and if USPS can't assist you with a refund I honor  my customers with a replacement with proof of the damaged candles.**

 Lost/Stolen Packages
Unfortunately we can't be responsible for packages that are marked delivered but may appear to be stolen. 

 

Wrong Address 
We are not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address, if it's the address you provided. There is something you can do. Visit the USPS Package Intercept page to request additional help. We aren't responsible for any additional charges you may or may not incur. Please email use immediately if you realize you entered the wrong address, if we haven't fulfilled the order we will gladly make the change for you

Please double check your shipping address is correct, if you do notice it's incorrect email givemenoir7@gmail.com immediately. 
- If you feel your package is compromised to be stolen connect USPS to hold the package at your local facility.
